It seems that everywhere Christina Garrett goes in her hometown of Jacksonville, people know her name. Many recognize her face from her local television commercials. Christina’s father is a retired U.S. Marine, which meant her family moved a lot when she was a child—including an especially memorable five-year stay in Okinawa, Japan, where her mother was born and raised. However, Jacksonville was always kind of her “home base.” Christina was born here and her father was stationed at Camp Lejuene several times throughout the years. This is also where she ultimately graduated from high school. She went on to a successful career in restaurant management and was transferred all throughout the South, but she always aspired to live once again in her hometown.

When the time came to settle down and raise her daughter, Madysen, the choice was each easy. Christina returned to Jacksonville and has made the most of life here ever since, whether she’s cheering on the ECU Pirates with friends or watching Mady compete in equestrian events.
